Brobster Agency S.A.'s forte and specialty is the supply of aluminum sheets and strips for the production of capsules/closures. The sheets in question are custom made, with phosphating treatment and packaging at the customer's request, in Alloy 8011 and 3105.

Surface Treatment:
Pretreatment: phosphoric acid 59 BE, ALIM 85%.
The treatment is carried out in compliance with CE regulations and also the requirements of the Food and Drug Administration. The aluminum is treated through an electrochemical phosphating process (phosphoric acid bath). This treatment allows for the creation of an aluminum phosphate layer on the surface that promotes and helps the paint to grip the surface.
Relubrification: no relubrication is applied to the surface, since our electrochemical phosphating system allows this process to be skipped.
Dimensions and tolerances:
Thickness: tolerance on thickness is + 0.01 mm for sizes from 0.20 to 0.23 mm.
Flatness: tolerance on flatness is 0.6%. Maximum 2 mm.
Square: deviation not more than 0.8 mm on sizes up to 1000 mm - deviation not more than 0.4 mm on sizes up to 500 mm
Lateral curvature: 0.2 mm du dimensions up to 1000 mm
Tolerances on length and width: :+0.5mm/-0
